Caroline Cooper, executive director of Mental Health Connect of Missouri, and her colleague, Jane Alexander, discuss Major Depressive Disorder with a Seasonal Pattern. This is more commonly referred to as SAD: Seasonal Affective Disorder. In the first half of the program, they share causes and treatments.

The second half of the podcast contains important information on recognizing the symptoms of SAD. Finally, Jane and Caroline share how their faith in God gives them hope and comfort even in the midst of depression.
